Excited to announce a Select Generation Player Commitment ?? Congratulations to Ronan Oliver on his placement with Lincoln Memorial University ?? “Love this for Ronan! When we first were speaking with him, he wasn’t sure whether to take the academic or soccer pathway after club soccer. So I am glad that next year he gets to do both! Playing in the SAC will be a challenge next year, but definitely one to look forward to taking what he learnt tactically this winter from being in Salamanca. Top player and better person!” Sam Henneberg - Director of Soccer

?? Partial Scholarships Are the Norm Soccer is classified as an equivalency sport, meaning coaches can divide scholarship funds among multiple players. ?? NCAA Division I men's soccer teams can offer up to 9.9 scholarships per team, usually resulting in partial scholarships for most players. ?? NCAA Division II teams can offer up to 9.0 scholarships per team, also typically distributed as partials. ?? NCAA Division III does not offer athletic scholarships, but academic and merit-based aid is available. ?? NAIA programs can offer up to 12 scholarships per team, but these are often split among players. ?? JUCO (NJCAA) teams vary, with Division I programs offering up to 18 scholarships, while DII schools provide partial aid, and DIII schools offer no athletic scholarships. ?? What This Means for You Full scholarships are extremely rare. To maximize your opportunities, focus on excelling both on the field and in the classroom. Coaches seek well-rounded players who bring more than just talent to the team!
