?? Fulton County celebrates transformational demolition in Fulton Industrial Boulevard District #RenewTheDistrict ??? Fulton County Government took a bold step toward revitalizing the Fulton Industrial Boulevard District with a landmark demolition event, attended by elected officials, dignitaries, stakeholders, and community leaders. The demolition of the dilapidated Executive and Super Inn hotels marks a critical phase in the #FultonCounty’s Renew the District initiative, aimed at transforming one of the state’s largest job centers into a more dynamic hub of economic opportunity and community safety. ?? Held at 305 Fulton Industrial Circle in #Atlanta, the demolition event showcased Fulton County’s unwavering commitment to supporting sustainable development and improving the quality of life in the Fulton Industrial Boulevard corridor. Among the key attendees were Robb Pitts, Chairman and Khadijah Abdur-Rahman, Vice Chairwoman, Fulton County Board of Commissioners; Catherine Rowell, Ph.D, District 1 Council Member, City of South Fulton; Gil Prado, Executive Director, Fulton Industrial Community Improvement District (CID); Dick Anderson, County Manager, Fulton County; and, Samir Abdullahi, Director of Select Fulton, who emphasized the significance of this demolition in paving the way for future growth. ??
