This forward-thinking project aims to redefine how people live and work in the Sacramento region, blending modern living spaces with innovative work environments, all within a community-centric design. Braden will introduce a fresh approach to urban planning, focusing on sustainability, accessibility, and the creation of a vibrant, interconnected community. Chris Shay and Trevor Robertson had the privilege of attending the groundbreaking celebration, where the vision for Braden was unveiled. A special thanks to Mark Oliveira for placing his trust in us and providing the opportunity to collaborate with the talented Somers West team. We are excited to contribute to the realization of this transformative vision.

A huge shoutout and thank you to Mical Salmonson or "Jaws". On September 2, not only will we be celebrating Jaws birthday but his 20-year anniversary of being with the SSEC team! Since becoming the Company’s first Superintendent in 2018, Mical has become the go-to for anything and everything erosion control and has been an integral part of our success.
