Snake Clash by Supercent enters the top 20 list at #16, with 218 creatives of which 45 were new, in Feb. Most creatives used a form of embellished gameplay. ??     The story of how I met Carol is one of the best examples of why the GDC (Game Developers Conference) community is amazing! ?? Exactly a year ago, I was in SF, and Segwise.ai was building a root-causing agent for business KPIs. Back then, we were targeting PMs as our ICP. As part of those reach-outs, I got on a call with fellow BITS Pilani alum Achal Gupta. After our chat, Achal immediately said, "If there’s ONE person you need to meet at GDC, it’s Carol Miu! So, at GDC, I ended up having a long chat with Carol - covering everything from ICP to use cases, product, and GTM. And then Carol asked the question that changed everything: "Are you sure you only want to target PMs? This could be super useful for other functions in a gaming studio—especially UA!" That nudge sent us down a rabbit hole that shaped Segwise.ai into what it is today - building multiple AI agents to help UA teams at mobile game studios and apps! Fast forward to today: I’m beyond excited to have Carol officially onboard as an advisor!     We killed our PM version of Segwise.ai – and we're now building for UA teams! Last year, we built an AI agent for PMs that told them why their KPIs were moving. Sounds cool, right? But reality hit us hard: ? Even complex products don't generate insights more than a few times a quarter. ? Even when we did uncover a game-changing insight, it took 3-4 weeks for engineering teams to act on it. PMs who got the value from the product pointed us to their UA teams.
