We are thrilled to announce that we have entered into a strategic collaboration agreement with Quanta Computer Inc. 廣達電腦 to accelerate the development and commercialization of superconducting quantum computing. Rigetti and Quanta have committed to investing $250 million each over the next five years, focusing on our complementary strengths to develop superconducting quantum computing technologies. In addition, Quanta will invest $35 million and purchase shares of Rigetti, subject to regulatory clearance. “Quanta’s investment in Rigetti will strengthen our leadership in this flourishing market.
