After my first week of classes in Dublin, Ireland I can honestly say that I’m so honored and excited to join the inaugural Global EMBA class of 2026 at University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business I’m bringing the echoes of my grandmother with me on this journey. I just earned a certificate in Real Estate Financial Modeling from Wall Street Prep! I am one of 30 participants chosen for the Toigo Foundation Real Estate Intensive cohort II. As a member of the cohort I received over 30 hours of training to obtain my REFM certification. So thankful for the opportunity! Now on to making deals ??.

NLIHC is pleased to announce the launch of our new State and Local Innovation (SLI) project! Building on the success of NLIHC’s End Rental Arrears to Stop Evictions (ERASE) initiative, the State and Local Innovation project will support state and local partners in advancing, implementing, and enforcing state and local tenant protections, sustaining emergency rental assistance (ERA) programs, preventing the criminalization of homelessness, and supporting the advancement of other innovations that keep eviction rates down and prevent homelessness.
