关于我们
SeeInMe makes 'care guides' for people. The SeeInMe platform is designed to enhance person-centered coordinated care for care recipients, caregivers, and providers. It is no surprise to anyone who has experience with healthcare that insurers and healthcare systems are often rated poorly on customer satisfaction. Consumers and providers desire a care experience that is coordinated and tailored to individual needs. When care is fragmented and impersonal, it results in lower quality and higher costs - amounting to hundreds of billions of dollars annually. SeeInMe addresses the following: ? Information sharing and care coordination despite limited optimism for complete EMR interoperability. ? Integration of consumers into complex care networks. ? Health equity for underserved demographics whose care is compromised due to language barriers and a lack of cultural competency among healthcare team members. ? Burnout and loss of meaning for overworked healthcare staff who lack the time and energy to form genuine relationships with consumers. ? Care personalization and coordination to areas beyond health, such as education and inclusive work environments. SeeInMe is igniting an era of collaborative care, fueled by data-driven insights and a relentless focus on the uniqueness of every individual.

There are several vexing and entrenched challenges in #healthcare. Here are 5 that SeeInMe addresses: 1. Coordination of care is limited by the slim hope for complete EMR interoperability in the near future. 2. Our population is aging rapidly with a diminished pool of potential caregivers and staff to address the demand. 3. Health equity for increasingly diverse demographics is compromised due to language barriers and neglect of socio-cultural factors. 4. Overworked staff and overburdened providers lack the time and energy to develop genuine relationships with consumers. 5. Consumers despise patient portals and app options and want to extend care to adjacent domains such as education and inclusive worksites. #startup #fostercare #memorycare #care #digitalhealth #valuebasedcare #caregiver https://seeinme.com/

In the Indian proverb of the six blind men and the elephant, each man holds a firm belief, “exceeding stiff and strong, though each was partly in the right, all were in the wrong.” This tale perfectly captures the complexities we face in healthcare today. Healthcare providers, working in silos, often deliver care based on their own specialized perspectives. While each viewpoint is “partly in the right,” this fragmented approach neglects the holistic needs of the patient, resulting in suboptimal, impersonal care. The lack of coordinated care frustrates patients, their families, and informal caregivers—those who often bear the brunt of navigating complex care networks. This stress and confusion affect all members of the healthcare system, leading to burnout and further complicating the care process, ultimately reducing satisfaction for both patients and providers. It’s time to dismantle these silos and adopt a more integrated, patient-centered approach. By seeing the whole person and collaborating across disciplines and settings, we can deliver care that is truly effective, compassionate, and personalized. This shift not only benefits patients, providers, and payers but also eases the burden on their loved ones and caregivers, fostering a more supportive and cohesive healthcare environment. SeeInMe enables all members of complex systems to see the entire "elephant" and deliver the quality care everyone deserves. https://seeinme.com/ #Healthcare #PatientCare #IntegratedCare #HealthEquity #Collaboration #HolisticHealth #PatientCenteredCare #Caregivers #FamilySupport #FosterCare #Alzheimers #MemoryCare #AssistedLiving

At SeeInMe, we are very pleased to see greater focus on the uniqueness and specific needs of LGBTQI+ children. In the absence of state and federal government going all in to protect kids, SeeInMe is here to ensure every child is seen as the unique individual they are. We'd love to connect with anyone who feels as passionately about this mission as we do. If that is you, let our founder, Risa Stein, PhD, MA know! https://seeinme.com/ https://lnkd.in/g2n5JeYq #fostercare

It was an immense honor for SeeInMe's CEO Risa Stein, PhD, MA to be invited by Whitney Reed to the Jackson County CASA Light of Hope annual event. It is heartening to see so many people support this organization and work toward improving the lives of children. The Kansas City Chiefs cheerleaders and the KC Wolf were there to highlight their participation in supporting the organization through their charity game. The speakers and their conviction and determination to provide support to the most vulnerable in our society has redoubled my resolve to create positive change for everyone who works, serves, and grows up in the foster care system. If this includes you, please reach out to me and let me know how we can collaborate and implement SeeInMe into your organization. The SeeInMe mission is to provide person-centered coordinated care. No one needs this level of support and continuity more than our children. www.SeeInMe.com #fostercare #CASA #adoption #socialwork #caseworker

This is such a poignant story. It's exactly why SeeInMe was created. How else would a caregiver know about Lorraine's favorite song from Spartacus, or her love of Wheaten terriers, or her disdain for crowded restaurants? With SeeInMe, folks like Hugh could share what makes their loved ones unique and ensure everyone who provides care for them can access their story in video, written words, and photos. #caregiver #Alzheimer's #dementia #memorycare
Lorraine may not recognize me – sometimes she looks at me, and doesn’t even see me – but she still giggles at the sound of my voice, and smiles when I play our favorite classical music. https://lnkd.in/eXkXD5pv #memory #memorycare #alzheimers #dementia #brainhealth #alzheimersawareness #lovestory #alzfdn
