Last Friday, March 14th, Katrina Emmerson Kugel, Government Relations Manager at SEEC, and a colleague from Jubilee spoke with County Executive Marc Elrich about the importance of funding disability services. On Friday, the County Executive announced his budget which included a 3% increase for nonprofit partners such as SEEC. #liveworkthrive #advocacy
