Ground has officially broke and construction is well underway on Junction's Pasadena Logistics Center! The work flow continues on the Carson 288 project: one building pad completed; the other will follow shortly. Thanks to W. T. Byler, this is one of the best looking construction sites in Houston. We have started underground work with D & L Electric and Regency Plumbing. Clearing the way for the number one concrete contractor in Texas, and everyone knows who they are~~Texas A & M Concrete. Project Update at WestPoint 45!!!?Big thanks to Postel Erection Group, LLC, Angler Construction LLC, and VIGAVI for the progress we've achieved on this 750,000SF tilt wall!? In just over three weeks we have completed core erection with decking thanks to a combination of panelized erection and stick-built fill in..? Seen now, just over 4 weeks after mobilization we have 40 of the 233 panels lifted into position with perimeter steel ongoing!?

Check out the progress at Blue Ridge Commerce Center. The five-building, 1.4 million-SF industrial development is located at Fort Bend Pkwy & McHard Rd. Buildings 1, 4 and 5 are designed as cross-dock facilities with 36-foot clear heights ranging from 257,001 to 431,017 SF. Building 2 will be a 157,626-SF front-load structure with 32-foot clear height, while Building 3 will be a 153,928-SF facility with 28-foot clear height. Completion is expected Summer 2025. Joint efforts are underway between Slate Construction and Carson Companies. We are off to a great start at the Carson Highway 288 Project thanks to W.T. Byler.?The project consists of 2 buildings totaling 520,000 sq. ft.?The challenging component is the excavation of building pad ranging from 10’-15’. W.T Bylers professionalism and expertise have us off to a fast and safe start.?If you notice, they have 18 pieces of equipment moving in sequence at one time.?They have moved 150,000 cubic yards of dirt at Building E in 2 weeks.?This is the flow of work every GC should praise while keeping the dirt organized.
