There’s nothing more rewarding than helping small business owners turn their dreams into reality—especially when those dreams shape the future of our communities. ?? This SBA 504 deal facilitated by Chelsea LaRue was particularly special because it involved financing a daycare center, a place where young minds are nurtured, families are supported, and local economies grow. By securing long-term, low-interest financing, this business owner can focus on what truly matters—providing quality care and education for our next generation. At SEDCO, we’re committed to empowering small businesses with the resources they need to thrive. If you’re a business owner looking to purchase commercial real estate with affordable, fixed-rate financing, let’s talk! #SBA504 #SmallBusinessSuccess #EconomicDevelopment Drop Chelsea an email for your next SBA 504 deal. ?? 关于我们
Sunshine State Economic Development Corporation is a not-for-profit certified development corporation (CDC) licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration to offer the SBA 504 Loan Program. SEDCO is the culmination of the merger between Gulfcoast Business Finance and Tampa Economic Development Corporation, two 30-year old CDC’s, which served the St. Petersburg/Jacksonville/Miami and the Tampa markets, respectively. Most people celebrate a work anniversary with a nice lunch or maybe some cupcakes in the breakroom… but not Sandra Anderson! After 17 years of dedication to SEDCO - Sunshine State Economic Development Corporation, wearing every hat from underwriting to credit manager, and now overseeing closing and funding, she decided she deserved a little more. So what did she do? She booked a vacation to Japan! Coincidence? We’re not sure. But after nearly two decades of hard work, we think she’s earned it! Sandra, we appreciate everything you do, and we hope you’re enjoying all the sushi, sightseeing, and well-deserved relaxation. Just don’t get too comfortable over there—we need you back! ??
