Training Excellence! We had a very busy week of training this week! We had the honor of training the dedicated personnel at Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, #OntarioPD, Los Angeles County Child Support Services Department and Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services on the foundational aspects of Veteran Culture, focusing on the unique challenges faced by justice-involved veterans. Our evidence-based crisis intervention strategies empower these professionals to provide effective support to our #military personnel in need. ? Practical Application: A key component of the training was the hands-on experience with our MILO virtual range. Participants practiced their newly acquired #crisisintervention skills in realistic scenarios, ensuring they are prepared to apply their knowledge effectively in the field. We are also incredibly grateful to our guest speaker, #USMC Veteran Michael Parker, for sharing his personal stories and valuable #insights with the class. His perspective made the training even more impactful.
