Upon arrival, he becomes confrontational, causing uneasiness for Emily because no one is around should things go wrong. As the situation worsens, she fumbles for her phone to call 911, which only escalates things further. She ultimately returns to her car and drives to a nearby park while finishing her 911 call and waiting for help to arrive. The situation is eventually de-escalated, but Emily lives in fear during future visits with this patient.
