Presenters included SECU’s Chief Administrative Officer, Sara Trexler, who shared her insights in a panel discussion on navigating the complex balance of advancing one’s career while managing family and self-care. With numerous interactive presentations on fostering advocacy, nurturing mentorship, and striking a work-life balance, our employees came away with moving messages of resilience, confidence, and courage that left a lasting impact. #WomenLeadNC
