Here were the points that got the biggest murmurs and head nods at yesterday’s round table and panel: - Cost savings isn’t going to fly as the only AI success metric anymore. There’s a floor on what you can cut, but no ceiling on what you can gain. - The smaller picture is your key to CFO buy-in. You need to prove the impact of AI on a tiger team before you can get the budget to successfully scale. - The wins of your individual contributors will be easier to see – AI’s impact on your leadership team will be harder to measure but more closely tied to strategic business outcomes.
