We want to work but if we're not given the chance simply because of our age. We hear from our community often they are not given the chance to interview after sending hundreds, at times, of CVs. If we are unable to secure the first interview and one in three people today, in the U.S. are over 50, what will happen to not only the economy by our own futures.
