Second Chance Case Management is excited to announce our expansion into Middle, GA, by adding SIX more counties! We now serve 23 counties that expand into four different regions across Georgia. We are excited about this opportunity to expand our reach and provide the same exceptional services we have been providing in a new area. Watch out, Middle, GA, here we come!?

Having this mindset has created a top of line CRM platform that has increased our organization and processes by 92%, creating new and unique roles that the industry has never seen to help with our communication with our partnerships by 85%, and bringing in an as-needed workplace to help foster an environment of team members to collaborate and bring unity. These are only a few of our accomplishments, and our resume is only growing.

We strive as an organization to live out our core values and mission daily, which is why we partnered with Joshua Ellis and his team, Inspire Good, to give back to those in need. It was an incredible opportunity to serve outside of what we do on a daily basis and give back to those who need it. Since that day, our agency has been talking about it nonstop, and we cannot wait to do it again together. Giving back is contagious and we want everyone to experience that joy. Last Week, our team had the opportunity to give back and build a garden filled with herbs and vegetables for people who do not have access to grocery stores nearby. Now, this community can walk outside and pick from the garden to bring back to their homes to prepare meals with. The team also had the chance to clean the streets by picking up trash for the neighborhood. This little act had an immediate impact and made the neighborhood look amazing! Giving back is what this organization is built on. We strive to live up to our name and give people Second Chances no matter the case. This was an incredible time to bond more as a team, get to know each other more outside of the office, do something tangible for a community in need, stretch ourselves physically, and be reminded of the daily blessings we take for granted. We love our team and the community that we serve!

WE ARE HIRING! ?? ?? ?? We seek a qualified Social Worker experienced in CCSP/SOURCE under the EDWP Waiver program. This individual will cover either Gwinnett or Dekalb County in the Atlanta Metropolitan area and will be responsible for assisting and advocating for individuals to stay out of nursing homes and within their homes. Second Chance Case Management met as a team for their first in-person meeting of the quarter. It was an incredible opportunity for everyone to see each other, get to know each other further outside of work, and laugh with one another! Second Chance CM cares deeply about creating an environment where people do not feel like another number but are valued in their work and have an opportunity to speak and be listened to. As an organization, we understand that if we practice that in-house, it will also translate into the homes of people that we have the opportunity to care for. People need people, and it all starts with understanding that person. Once we can understand, we can serve them.??

As leaders, seeking growth should always be a top priority. Growth comes in many forms, and one should never settle but seek to improve with each passing day. This past week, the Second Chance Case Management leaders attended the Aspire conference in Atlanta, GA. The two-day conference featured?some of the best leaders and entrepreneurs who have built successful and sustainable businesses. This conference challenged our thinking in aspects such as overcoming fear, becoming more innovative, and the mindset that one must have to defeat challenges?that life throws at all of us. As leaders of Second Chance Case Management, we must seek ways to make the culture better, innovate to keep the business thriving, and learn how to quip the people who make our organization run to one day be the ones who are leading the company.
