Since joining SEC in 2022 as a Lead Commissioning Technician, Bobby has consistently delivered top-tier service, ensuring customers receive high-quality products. His dedication recently earned him the Waukesha Gold Wrench Master Certification, a prestigious achievement that recognizes the highest level of expertise in Waukesha Gas Engines. This certification allows him to handle commissioning startups, warranty repairs, and troubleshooting on all Waukesha engines. Bobby had already achieved Caterpillar 3600 Certification, placing him at the highest level of proficiency with Caterpillar Gas Engines. As the first technician in SEC and Energy Transfer history to hold Master Certifications in both Waukesha and Caterpillar engines, Bobby's unique skill set is unparalleled, making him one of only a few worldwide with these combined certifications. Bobby is not only a Subject Matter Expert but also a valuable mentor to his team, helping them sharpen their skills for ongoing success. Looking ahead, he plans to expand his expertise in VFDs and generators. We are incredibly proud of Bobby's accomplishments and his dedication to excellence. Congratulations, Bobby! Meet Sean! Since joining SEC in 2018 as a field service technician, he has developed extensive knowledge of our equipment, from older engines to cutting-edge high-speed units. Originally from Wisconsin, Sean moved to Texas in 2006, transitioning from the automotive industry where he built and campaigned racecars. He spent 12 years with Kinder Morgan as a heavy maintenance mechanic, honing his skills in the oil and gas sector. This year, Sean took on a new challenge as a manager, where he oversees field and shop services for West Texas. He’s committed to strengthening customer relationships and building a skilled, supportive team that values each member’s contributions. We are excited to spotlight Sean’s new role and congratulate him on this well-deserved promotion. As a team, we look forward to your ongoing success and the new opportunities this role will create!

Since joining SEC Energy in January 2018 as a Parts Coordinator, Jeff Bryson has been a valued member of our team, demonstrating his experience, dedication, and enthusiasm. Before joining SEC, he worked for CDM, which is within the Energy Transfer Partnership. Over the past 6 years, he has held various roles such as warehouse worker, compressor mechanic, and buyer, allowing him to gain a comprehensive understanding of the various facets of our business. This broad experience has been instrumental in his ability to address customer needs effectively and find solutions to their challenges—an aspect of his job that Jeff particularly enjoys. In a significant career advancement, Jeff accepted the role of Services Manager for Parts and Warehouse in May. We are excited to celebrate Jeff’s new role and extend our congratulations. His dedication and enthusiasm are a tremendous asset to our team, and we look forward to the continued success and growth he will bring to SEC Energy!
