Seattle Amistad School is an independent, two-way (Spanish/English) immersion school serving grades K-8 and Early Childhood Program (1-5 years ol) At the Seattle Amistad School, native English speakers, native Spanish speakers, and bilingual students learn together in a bilingual, bicultural environment. Students participate in a dynamic academic program, while developing full proficiency and literacy in both Spanish and English. Amistad is hiring! We are searching for our next Business/Finance Manager. The Business/Finance Manager Is responsible for managing all aspects of the financial health, human resources, and other legal and compliance requirements of the school. The Business/Finance Manager will have an innovative spirit, and will help develop financial and business practices that ensure sustainability for the future of the school. This individual works closely with the Head of School, as well as the Board of Directors to monitor financial performance and business integrity. It is vital for this individual to support and embrace Amistad vision, mission and values. Fluency in oral and written English and Spanish is a requirement.
