We have lost count of how many Ralph Anderson homes we have staged over the years. But this home, listed by Natalie Debray and Michele Schuler, has to be one of our absolute favorites. Its wall of windows creates a relationship between the inside and outside for ultimate luxury living. This home’s midcentury architectural features are still as iconic and relevant today as they were in 1964 when it was built. This is Pacific Northwest Modernism at its best. For staging design, we were asked to create a MCM vibes mixed with classic neutral elements. We loved the idea and ran with it. It was such a pleasure to work with Natalie and Michele on this project. A lot of time, effort, and care went on behind the scenes to prepare this listing for the market. All hands on agents. And it shows. This is a truly special home and a rare opportunity for Midcentury enthusiasts. Ralph Anderson was a iconic local architect whose style was characterized by broad windows, exposed framing, and an emphasis on verticality, all present within this home. This home was especially meaningful to her as it was the family home she grew up in, making it all the more rewarding to know our work left a lasting impact.
