Russell Reynolds focuses on larger companies, but the trend is also true for middle market businesses. See attached article for additional information. There is a growing agnosticism towards the age of CFOs. As the supply of experienced finance chiefs tightens, companies are prioritizing expertise over age, potentially leading to an increase in the average age of CFOs in the coming years.
