NEW RESEARCH STUDY RELEASED: We just published the results of our Higher Ed Marketing Metrics Survey, conducted in collaboration with @UPCEA, titled “What Gets Measured Gets Managed.” The study provides a comprehensive overview of the current state of higher education marketing metrics, specifically focusing on cost per inquiry (CPI) and enrollment costs. ?? Interestingly, less than half of all higher education marketers are tracking CPI. This presents an opportunity to significantly improve campaign performance and lower costs. ?? Key findings: - Only 46% of higher education marketers are tracking CPI. - The average cost per inquiry is $140. - In-house teams handle most email marketing campaigns, while digital advertising is often outsourced. - Marketers who track their campaigns are more satisfied with their performance.
