Last week, we hosted the 2nd Search Fund Hub Community Meetup in Berlin, and once again, the participation and discussions exceeded out expectations! The momentum for Search Funds in Germany keeps growing rapidly! ?? ?? Topic of the night: How to close an acquisition successfully. What an incredible evening at the 1st Search Fund Hub Event in Munich! We kicked off the community with an engaging and interactive panel discussion, where our panelists Wolfram Krauss, Carlo Schmid and Paul Liepe shared their valuable insights on how to raise a search fund.? We touched on topics like target statements, equity structures, PPM and what ambitions and skills investors look for when signing searchers! The audience was highly engaged, asking great questions and sparking meaningful discussions. After the panel, we continued the evening at amari bar, where we enjoyed delicious food, great conversations, and fantastic networking opportunities with fellow searchers and investors.
