Admittedly, fall is my favorite time of year... With fall just around the corner, that means it is time to winterize things. There are some obvious ones, like boats or pools. There are some less obvious ones, like underground sprinkler systems, exposed pipes... or your commercial roof? With the remains of #Helene dumping rain on Central Indiana today, it is a perfect time to put a plan in place to #Winterize your commercial roof through #inspections and #preventativemaintenance! Indiana experiences a ton of freeze / thaw cycles between October and March. Days that start below freezing, rise above 32 degrees, and then finish back below freezing. This will cause havoc on you roof if not properly prepared. So... as you dodge all the wind and rain today, let's make sure you have a plan to winterize your roof before it gets too cold and you get an unexpected indoor shower come January.
