    Annual reviews are (unfortunately) failing your best performers. At Seam, we’re seeing this happen in real-time. Here's why: While annual performance reviews were originally designed to motivate and benchmark employees, they continue to fall short in a few critical areas: 1) Accuracy Recalling a year's worth of performance details is a recipe for forgetfulness.
