We recently designed a pool and pool house for a hotel conversion project in Connecticut. The primary challenge was fitting this pool house into the budget while maintaining the luxurious design of the entire property. Leveraging over 19 years of experience in custom imports, our procurement team successfully priced the entire pool house at approximately $60,000. This comprehensive cost includes the interior and exterior structure, doors, windows, roof, columns, signage, tile, plumbing fixtures, bathroom partitions, and various additional features, including shipping.
