Seagis Property Group is pleased to announce the lease-up of 333 Veterans Boulevard in Carlstadt, NJ. The asset is located in the Meadowlands submarket of Northern New Jersey. The 20,000 SF building was purchased by Seagis in June of 2024 and has undergone extensive capital work to position it for lease-up. This continues to be a busy year in the Meadowlands for Seagis having bought and subsequently leased 25 Amor Avenue, a 31,000 SF warehouse in the same park. Additionally the Company signed leases at some of its nearby properties including 13 Manor Road and 165 – 205 Chubb Avenue which totaled over +/- 300,000 SF of leasing activity. The property has immediate access to NW 25th Street (0.5 miles), which provides a direct connection to Miami International Airport's cargo entrance. ? The 25,000 SF building has excellent access to the Grand Central Parkway and I-278 providing connectivity to Manhattan, LaGuardia Airport, and Greater NYC. We had a great turnout yesterday at our Open House for Seagis Property Group's 936 Harrison Avenue in Kearny! It was the perfect opportunity for the brokerage community to see all of the features that Kearny Logistics Center, a newly constructed, 211,287 SF warehouse, has to offer potential users.
