Maintaining the world's most advanced fleet calls for an advanced team of professionals. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Offshore Crane and Jacking Systems Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position requires a dedicated professional with extensive expertise in managing crane maintenance and jacking systems for our liftboat fleet worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of setting up and maintaining maintenance systems, creating budgets, managing inventory and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Offshore Crane Managment - Jacking Systems Management - Maintenance Systems and Develop Budgets - Inventory Managment - Team Leadership Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in crane operations or jacking systems management are a plus. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in crane operations and jacking systems management, preferably in a maritime or offshore environment. - Proven experience in setting up and maintaining maintenance systems, developing budgets, and managing inventory. - Strong knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards related to crane and jacking operations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging environments.

SEACOR Marine announced that it has entered into a new senior secured term loan of up to $391.0 million with an affiliate of EnTrust Global (the “2024 SMFH Credit Facility”) and separate agreements to build two platform supply vessels (“PSVs”) for a contract price of $41.0 million per vessel (the “Shipbuilding Contracts”). The PSVs are each 4,650 tons deadweight with a 1,000 square meter deck area and equipped with medium speed diesel engines and an integrated battery energy storage system for higher fuel efficiency and lower running costs.? ? The 2024 SMFH Credit Facility consolidates the Company’s debt capital structure into a single credit facility maturing in the fourth quarter of 2029 and provides financing for the Shipbuilding Contracts.
