So, what is Sea Change all about you ask? Well, after taking some time to recharge, regroup, and refocus (which is a challenge for me on a daily basis), I find it time to harness the years of experience, skills, and perhaps most importantly perspective my diverse career and life path has provided me to help both public and private sector organizations. Having successfully navigated (not without being lost at times) through a variety of roles that some might find incompatible, dissimilar, and even a bit bizarre, I have a unique skillset to help clients. I am about to reread RANGE: Why Generalists Triumph in a Specialized World (David Epstein, 2019), as the book helped me understand the value of being a generalist, and the agility and adaptability that comes with it.
