San Diego North Economic Development Council (SDNEDC) is a nonprofit coalition of the public and private sectors working together with community partners to sustain and strategically grow the economic base of North San Diego County. We bring community leaders, elected officials, Chambers of Commerce, EDCs, and businesses together to work collaboratively on improving the quality of life for the greater San Diego region. We provide forums for community engagement by providing opportunities to discuss and be actively involved in current economic development issues, trends and strategies. By spearheading strategic initiatives, policies and programs we seek to strengthen our regional economy and improve our quality of life.

The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority has earned the national Envision Gold Award for its "Airside Improvements Project" (part of the New Terminal 1 program) from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure. This award marks SAN's commitment to environmental stewardship, sustainability, and stakeholder and community collaboration. Key improvements include: ?? Since 1975, North County Transit District has been serving North County with their transportation services including with their bus system, hybrid rail, commuter rail, and more. Not only do they serve and transport nearly 10 million passengers annually, NCTD also plans on doing it in an environmental friendly way by having their $8 million hydrogen fueling bus station in the City of Oceanside open in the summer of 2025. https://lnkd.in/gBaPP_VK SDNEDC thanks NCTD for their continued support.?

For over 100 years, C.W. Driver Companies has provided construction, design, and general contracting services to the western United States. Two locations are in San Diego County, with one in the City of Carlsbad. The company's portfolio serves diverse industries including hospitality, sports, academia, healthcare, residential, and more. They are currently working on key projects serving North County, including MiraCosta College's Chem/Biotech Building, and California State University San Marcos' Integrated Science & Engineering Building. In addition, they just completed a renovation project for Valley Middle School in Carlsbad. We would like to thank C.W.
