If so, we want you to join our team! ?????????? ?????? ????????: As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our combination projects, including managing cross-functional teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring smooth project execution. ?????? ????????????????????????????????: ???????? ????????????????????: Supervise and lead a team of Project managers, technicians and project leads across Electrical, AV, Lighting Control, and Shades disciplines. ?????????????? ??????????????????: Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and project profitability. Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with design, sales, and purchasing teams. ???????????? ??????????????????: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and key stakeholders, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business. ?????????????? ??????????????: Proactively anticipate project challenges, creatively problem solve, and mitigate risks to ensure project success. ???????????????????????????? & ??????????????????: Manage project details using iPoint and Bluebeam, ensure accurate project reporting, and keep all stakeholders informed through regular updates. ???????? ????'???? ?????????????? ??????: ????????????????????: 5+ years in project management with a background in residential construction in single family homes. ????????????: Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. ????????????????????: Proven track record in mentoring and leading teams while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. ?????????????????? ??????????????????:Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and project management tools like iPoint and Bluebeam.
