Not your average rodeo ?? We’re proud of our SDG&E crews who showed off their skills at the 40th Annual International Lineman’s Rodeo in Kansas. This rodeo isn’t just about some friendly competition - it’s an opportunity to share and boost our safety practices in the lineworkers industry. ? Since its debut in 1984, the Rodeo has grown to feature over 300 teams and 450 apprentices, making it the ultimate showdown in the industry. Starting as a Business Analyst in Customer Operations in 2017, Evelyn has climbed the ranks with her incredible dedication. From modeling electric rates to testifying at the California Public Utilities Commission, she’s done it all with grace and grit. But wait, there’s more – Evelyn is a superstar both at work and in the community. She’s a proud member of our VOZ and Lean In employee resource groups and a mentor at MANA de San Diego, where she helps Latina students navigate college and beyond.
