My great honor to share our 14-year experience in running our One Million Dollar Entrepreneurship Competition in Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers - GCEC 2024 Confernece hosted by Babson College! It was so nice to meet with some old friends and make some new friends in the conference. The life science excursion in Boston was awesome. We had opportunities to visit Moderna and LabCentral arranged by Elaine Chen Thanks for your hard work! I really appreciate what Babson College arranged for us… like inspiring keynote talks, GCEC souvenirs, a stunning baseball stadium gala reception at Fenway Park, live musics award ceremony! Thanks Holly DeArmond and the GCEC advisory board for their effort in making this conference happened ! I enjoy this conference so much :)

Yesterday I attended a fashion show at Hub101 one of the coolest most hyped energy venues I have been to. The Fashion show was promoting sustainable and how we can come together to stop waste in the environment. There was an awesome keynote by an ambassador for Patagonia Chipper Bell really cool enterence with showing off his frisbee skills. Such a great event and great energy with an awesome DJ. How cool was that? Incredible culmination event for Hub101’s Sustainable Fashion Show event series with great guest speakers such as Joey Pham and Patagonia’s Chipper bro and a runway show. This news has been a long time coming, and I’m glad to finally share it publicly. Two and a half years ago, this miraculous journey began when Peter Cortle was accidentally cc’d by a potential partner into a confidential email thread. I was lost for words—how could it be that, out of all the Peters in the world, our direct competitor gets cc’d BY ACCIDENT into such an email? Insane. Having a blast at our first Sustainable Fashion Showcase! On Tuesday, I had a fireside chat with Bennett Ray from Patagonia about sustainable clothing, the environment, and being an activist. The chat was followed by a seminar on sustainable fashion styling by Charline Zeroual. Yesterday we heard from Joey Pham, founder of Eorte Brand, which converts hospital bedlinens to worker uniforms. Eorte also is a part of the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI). Thanks to all of our participants. So inspiring! The final event is tonight at Hub101, starting at 5pm. We start with dinner from Mendocino Farms, then a keynote talk from Chipper Bell. Then we kick off our sustainable fashion show. We're even setting up a runway for the big event!
