Last week, Jessica Scully represented Scully Company as a speaker at the National Real Estate Women's Forum 2025 powered by GreenPearl in New York City. This premier industry event brings leaders together to explore strategies around innovation, inclusion, and future growth in real estate. Jessica participated in the panel “From the Top: Industry Leaders’ Perspectives on Leadership & Professional Development” alongside respected industry voices including Diane Batayeh, Tracy Bowers, Kaitlin Troy Kincaid, and Minna Song. The panelists discussed embracing continuous learning and aligning professional roles with personal values to navigate industry changes. The conversation explored how AI and hybrid work can enhance human connections and company culture, while also featuring discussions on investment strategies amid market volatility, real estate fundamentals, and innovation.
