At an industry event earlier this week and caught the SCTelcom vehicle parked nearby with the SmartBiz logo on the side! SCTelcom is a great example of a broadband provider leveraging a differentiated solution to not only provide more value for their business customers, but also to fend off competition. It’s well known that when competitive BSPs enter a new market, they start on Main Street with the businesses. If your business customers love you and you’re providing a differentiated solution another BSP can’t stack up against, you’ve built a moat around Main Street.
