Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act is crucial in safeguarding our democracy and ensuring that every voice is heard. SCSJ and Forward Justice attorneys filed an amicus brief this week in the N.C. Court of Appeals on behalf of a broad coalition of nonpartisan civic engagement groups and more than 30 North Carolina voters. Jefferson Griffin got fewer votes in the N.C.
