Consumers move towards simplicity - AI Search gives answers instead of links. Turns out we are all happy to outsource "browsing". Browsing is inefficient by its very definition. AI Crawlers, Agents & Bots are off making sense of the web on our behalf. The future of the web is going to look very different. 2. The primary visitor to your site is an AI crawler, not a human - This is having a massive impact on the customer journey. Your brand, product and service is no longer what you say it is. Instead it's what the AI Platform of choice says it is. These AI crawlers are already accessing information about your business today via your site, competitors sites and 3rd party content the question is if you are showing up, how are you showing up.
