Hello LinkedIn Fam It's been a while here I've been trying to balance my commitments and getting to know what works for me in time management. Its been 2 weeks at Scrumban.Ai and it has been a great experience. Tech startups are usually fast paced and the process at which projects are done are iterative (building and receiving feedback). As a digital transformation intern I'm continually armed with embracing the Agile mindset in performing my tasks The first week and still moving on has me learning the basics of using Microsoft 365 tools ( SharePoint, OneNote, Viva Engage , Power Apps, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Power Automate) These tools are very efficient in project management and building the right collaborative skills. This doesn't come with less regard to learning how to implement product solutions. I learnt how to build a three button app from an excel worksheet to prevent the hassle of going through the rows and columns of large data sets. with this app you could see at a glance customer info. I'm currently learning how to build flows using Power Automate. (Build automated responses to Emails once a client is done filling Microsoft forms) This sounds like a lot right, however the environment here at Scrumban.Ai provides an enabling platform to ask questions and clarify misunderstandings in your learning Journey This first month requires me to get a full grasp of these collaborative tools and what it takes to build digital solutions before launching out into the deep of learning Cloud technologies. Learning great collaborative tools that top organizations use has been amazing and I'm grateful for the opportunity to grow and upskill.
