Another month and significant progress continues at our Scout Motors Production Center site.? ? The paint shop exterior walls are starting to go up, marking the first exterior wall sections to be installed! ? Meanwhile, teams continue to progress on the body and assembly buildings as their footprint grows. Crews have now moved more than 15 million cubic yards of dirt and continue grading and infrastructure additions and improvements. ? In August, over nine inches of rain poured down onto our Production Center construction site as a result of Tropical Storm Debby. Despite the challenges stacked against them, our team weathered the storm and still managed to make remarkable progress. The body shop steel construction is well underway, with the first roof decking now in place. On the paint shop, the southern half of the steel structure has begun to rise, and the north roof decking is nearly complete.
