Today we published our preliminary financial figures for 2024.?Here are some highlights: ? ?? Fourth consecutive year of double-digit revenue growth: +11.2 % to EUR 566.3 million; ooEBITDA margin of 61.5%. ?? New record customer numbers: Over 25k professional customers and 470k private customers. ?? Expansion of the Scout24 Group: With bulwiengesa and neubau kompass, we acquired two expert companies, enhancing our B2B offering and expanding further into commercial real estate data & valuation. ?? Continued execution of our strategy:?Interconnectivity drives a more personalized experience for our customers with innovation and best-in-class product solutions. ?? FY2025 guidance: We expect 12-14% revenue growth with continued ooEBITDA margin expansion of up to 50 basis points. And tomorrow, the Scout24 team will say goodbye to one very special team member: Our CEO Tobias Hartmann decided to leave the company for?personal reasons after two successful terms. Under his leadership, the company took its strategy to the next level, focusing on the real estate business and transforming from a pure listings portal into an interconnected 3-sided marketplace. During his tenure, the Group's revenues, profitability and product portfolio as well as customer numbers have increased significantly. As a result, the company has delivered great shareholder returns and a much-improved customer experience. In addition to increasing value for all stakeholders, Tobias always focused on the well-being of the company. A diverse and inclusive work environment and value-led leadership were his top priorities. He has always emphasized that the great business performance is not the achievement of individuals: But the result of the entire #OneTeam. ? Tobias hands over the role of CEO to Ralf Weitz. With his many years of experience and impressive track record at Scout24, Ralf has everything it takes to further drive the success story for the years to come. ? During winter, social initiatives like the K?ltebus (cold weather bus) and K?ltehilfe (cold weather help) from our partner BERLINER STADTMISSION (Berlin City Mission) provide vital aid to Berlin’s homeless. However, recent budget cuts by the Berlin Senate and rising costs have created financial challenges for the NGO. We stand by our commitment to homeless people in the city and are pleased to be able to help with a donation of 50,000 euros. Last week, our Scouts Dr. Claudia Viehweger and Johanna Ebbing delivered this good news at a meeting with Christian Ceconi, the chairman of the organization. The Berlin City Mission has been one of our key partners in our social initiatives for several years. This year, with our support, they opened a laundry facility for homeless people. Our collaboration also extends to volunteering opportunities, as well as donations of clothing and other goods. ?? Great news! Scout24 has been nominated for the Deutsche Bahn's Climate Mobility Challenge 2024. ?? The aim of the competition is to support companies and organisations in making their commitment to sustainable mobility more visible. In this respect, Scout24's mobility policy is a key component of our climate strategy. ?? Since summer 2021, our employees have to make all business trips within Germany by train if the journey can be made by train within 4.5 hours. ?? We have been continuously electrifying our company car fleet since summer 2021. In Germany, we now drive 100% electrically. In Austria, we will be fully electrified by the end of 2025. ?? In 2022, we also took a closer look at our employees' commutes and have been offering a mobility allowance of up to €25 for the Deutschlandticket or a company bike ever since.
