Our client, Julie F. Kay, JD, at Abortion Coalition for Telemedicine (ACT) joined CNN’s Laura Coates Live to discuss the politically motivated lawsuit out of Louisiana against a licensed New York doctor. This case is part of a growing pattern of legal threats aimed at restricting access to reproductive healthcare and intimidating providers. It was a pivotal week for our client Abortion Coalition for Telemedicine (ACT) as news broke late last week about a politically motivated lawsuit filed by the Texas AG targeting one of ACT’s co-founders. This action underscores the relentless efforts of anti-abortion extremists to undermine access to essential healthcare. It’s an honor to support this incredible organization to get the word out about how they, and so many other organizations, are fighting to protect and expand access to abortion care.
