Why Automated Customer Onboarding Matters for Growth? I'd like to share my thoughts on this. Customer onboarding plays a key role in finding and solidifying PMF. However, once PMF is achieved and a startup begins to scale, onboarding is often the first process to break. I've seen this pattern many times: a company finds PMF, raises funds, and expands its sales team. The old manual onboarding approach no longer scales. Company hire more customer success managers, try to standardize workflows, and improve efficiency - but relying on CRMs, spreadsheets, or other project management tools for manual onboarding just doesn't work efficiently in many cases. This is too manual. The process needs to be automated. At this stage, a dedicated customer onboarding system is a game-changer. You need it just as much as you need a CRM or a support platform. Automated onboarding workflows, especially with new AI capabilities, can now reach an entirely new level of efficiency - and these automations will only continue to improve.
