We are pleased to welcome Tiffany Johnson to SCO Family of Services' Board of Directors. Tiffany will act as the SCO Board’s parent representative. Leaders from our I/DD & Behavioral Health programs went to the Capitol in Albany for Lobbying Day. They met with legislators in collaboration with the InterAgency Council of Developmental Disabilities Agencies, Inc. (IAC) to discuss a variety of issues, including a request for a 7.8% inflationary increase, fair wages for human services workers, and direct rate setting from the Department of Health (DOH) back to the NYS Office for People With Developmental Disabilities.
