We loved coming together to support high school students from across several counties as they showcased their incredible skills in the trades. ??♂???♀? Sack is proud to champion the next generation of skilled tradespeople and celebrate their success. We were more than happy to attend the job fair at Woodville Tompkins High School in support of showcasing the opportunities the trades offer to 18-year-olds who are considering their next step after high school. As part of our efforts to spread awareness, we are excited to highlight that the SCCPSS has adopted the NCCER Electrical Training Program and integrated it into their public-school curriculum. This program provides students with the opportunity to earn industry-recognized certifications and receive hands-on training as part of their education. By participating in the NCCER program, students will be better prepared to enter the workforce with valuable skills that are highly sought after in the trades. At Sack, we are more than happy to support these initiatives and provide countless opportunities for those ready to take the next step into a rewarding and promising career in the trades. We look forward to welcoming more talented individuals into the trades and helping them build a strong future.

A Day in the Life Series pt3: Heath is one of our Assistant Project Managers Heath gave us a behind-the-scenes look at his day! He kicked things off by prepping prints for the field team, followed by teaching some electrical class students how to read blueprints. Afterward, he caught up with our mechanical division manager and project managers, discussing how to make the most of Project Site and the latest uploads. Heath wrapped up his day with a project manager meeting, keeping everything on track! ?With the help of our friends at Ferguson, we proudly donated plumbing supplies to the construction class at West Laurens High School! ?? We heard that these students are dedicated to learning not only about plumbing but other essential trades, and we wanted to make sure they have the tools they need to succeed. ?? At Sack, we believe in investing in the next generation of skilled tradespeople. By supporting local schools and providing resources, we aim to help these students become the most knowledgeable and prepared future professionals in the industry. #SupportingTrades

A Day in the life series pt2: Fred our VP of HR A huge thank you to Fred for making sure we enjoyed our monthly cookout, even as Hurricane Helene approached our community. Fred was out there on the grill, showing his dedication to keeping our tradition alive and our spirits high. These cookouts are such an important part of maintaining the strong morale here at Sack, and Fred Hill always steps up to the plate (literally). Fred, we appreciate you for always keeping us well-fed and taking care of the team, especially in challenging times like these. You're a true master on the grill, and your efforts never go unnoticed!

We had the pleasure of sending members of our electrical team to a 3-day training session where they earned their IEC Foundations of Project Management certification last week. A big shout out to Zack, Heath, Jamie, Brendan, Travis, and Fred for their dedication and continued growth with Sack! Keep up the great work!
