Sciaky is proud to announce that we have received another order from a regular customer in the Power Generation industry! These components feature metal printed with our EBAM process at a diameter over 60 inches, and several inches high. This is a great cost and manufacturing time saver for our customer, who formerly had to buy plate stock up to 6” thick, and machine more than 50% of the metal to complete their product. We use EBAM to create features onto a 2 inch thick plate, thus reducing the amount of Nickel Alloy metal required to make the part, and drastically reducing the amount of machining time to complete the part. These parts will be used in an undisclosed ground-based power generation product. Visit Sciaky.com or our LinkedIn page to learn more!
