? ?? SC Housing and regional partners celebrated the grand opening of The Sullivan, a new 180-unit affordable housing development in Greenville, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony earlier today. The Sullivan features modern one, two, three, and four-bedroom units and boasts wonderful amenities, including a swimming pool, playground, and fitness center.

Today, SC Housing and other community and state organizations celebrated the ribbon cutting of The Haven at Congaree Pointe, Columbia's newest 55+ affordable housing community! Located just 15 minutes from downtown, The Haven offers 198 beautiful 1- and 2-bedroom apartments.
