Position: Weekend Manager Hours: 20 hours - Full Time Pay: $21 and up starting pay, depending on experience The Opportunity The School Yahd is looking for a dynamic and energetic Weekend Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our event space and bar during the weekend. This pivotal role requires a hands-on leader who can manage staff, ensure exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues, and create a fun, welcoming environment that promotes our nostalgic, game-focused concept. Job will include: - Being responsible for exceptional guest service in all areas of the facility - Manage day-to-day operations of the facility - Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service - Ensure that all guests have a positive and memorable experience - Managing/enforcing routine maintenance with subordinates - Maintain a clean and safe environment - Enforce responsible alcohol service regulations and ensure adherence to health and safety codes - At the end of your first year, success would mean improving our weekend event coordination and increasing customer satisfaction in all metrics. Expectations - Ability to open and close the business as the Manager - Communicate goals and progress directly to owners with a minimum of two check-ins weekly including one in person meeting weekly

Volleyball is going strong right now on Mondays and Thursdays, but we're already looking at our calendars to bring back Dodgeball and Wiffleball!! ???? All leagues are co-ed and recreational, with some having an additional competitive division. Come join us to have some fun with old friends and new friends! We are all still kids at heart playing at The School Yahd ??
