“The wine field trip to France was truly unforgettable to me. I haven't had a field trip since I graduated from high school, so I was very excited for the opportunity to get to know my friends and classmates better.” #PolyUSHTM student Rachel So went on an exchange to Breda University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands in semester two 2023/24. Here’s what Rachel shares! “Additionally, it was a cherished chance to visit different chateaux and wine producers. I don't think I would have visited those places on my own, so it was a truly memorable experience for me to learn more about wine and beer production in person. It is important to maintain an open-minded attitude to accept different challenges.
