We are searching for an experienced Principal to oversee our IB Campus (grades 7-12). This role involves managing curriculum, culture, and discipline, with a focus on developing effective educational programs and improving teaching and learning. Key responsibilities include creating long-term academic plans, fostering leadership, and providing teachers with tools for high-quality inquiry-based instruction. The ideal candidate will have: strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills; effective problem-solving and time management abilities; commitment to inclusive schooling, diversity, equity, and international mindedness; ability to lead data-driven decision-making and implement strategic school-wide plans; familiarity with educational technology, including AI, to enhance learning.
