During the November 19 Board Meeting, representatives from Cambridge International Education, Dr. Matthew Kaye and Jeremy Ridgeo, presented a plaque in recognition of the District as a Model for Equity and Excellence in Cambridge Implementation. As a nod to this excellent work, we received the District of the Year award from Cambridge, twice in the past six years. Now in 2024, Cambridge wanted to provide a unique recognition for the District’s dedication to increasing access to Cambridge programs and achieving extraordinary results in the process. Since the partnership began, the District has demonstrated remarkable growth and success. We have expanded the implementation of Cambridge’s aligned, multi-year curriculum in 57 of our schools. Our well-established feeder patterns are engaging more students than ever, providing them the opportunity to get involved and succeed with Cambridge’s challenging coursework. The District would like to thank both Dr. Matthew Kaye – Head of Policy, Accountability, and Partnerships; and Jeremy Ridgeo – Senior School Implementation Manager, North America Region for being in attendance for this prestigious recognition.
