We provide leadership development, mentorship, job opportunities, and a life-long support community to empower students at Howard University to solve the world's greatest problems with capital. With core values of compassion, courage, curiosity, humility, impact, and integrity, there are 4 levels of membership: Candidate, Member, Leadership Team, and Executive Board. We facilitate our Leadership Development Program, and host various on-campus and nationally virtual events in order to progress within membership, with a heavy emphasis on morale.
